Whats the red bar for?

the arrows is fatigue??
whats the red bar that goes up just under the green bar??

it represents the chances of getting injured -- the higher the red bar -- more chanceof injury and vice versa

I thought the red bar was for fatigue. It tells you in the instruction book, which I don't have on me at the moment.

ive looked in the manual i cant find it. does anyone know definatley wot the coloured arrows the green bar and red bar are. isnt fitness and fatigue the same?
