Firstly what are the numbers that come up where the stratergy icon is? Also is there no way to call for the ball??

Also I keep having to play training matches, i dont even get an option to watch the first team. Only options are training match or skip.

How long am i going to have to play those silly trainning matches before I can get into the team? getting real tired of this mode.

also the auto move option doesnt work. i have it on but holding LB does nothing.

Ive scored in three straight games in training, ive played well in quite a few games, rarely giving the ball away, and even set a couple up, but im finding it incredibly difficult to shift Carew and Agbonlahor.

Ive still not played for the first team yet, but im really enjoying the mode.

Double tap it quickly. Works fine for me. Oh, and your team has to be on the ball at the time.

does visually anything happen? my player doesnt put hand up or anything and there is no mention of using right trigger in manual.

The player raises his hand.

If you pause the game, and go to the Controls Help bit, and then Special Controls, it shows it on there.

And you cant watch the 1st team until you make the bench.

i think some people are just far too impatient. PES has to make you start out just playing training matches because it would be too unrealistic to see some 17 year old kid get signed from an amateur team and play in the prem straight away. If it had as many leagues as FIFA, it could start you at a league 2 club and you could be in the first team but, as it has much fewer leagues, a 17 year old with very average stats really shouldnt be in the first team squad straight away

You get so many seasons that im not really bothered how long it takes me to get into the side, im meant to be 17, my time will come. Some people seem to want a realistic mode then complain because it isnt as instantly gratifying as it could have been if they made it less realistic

Anyway, i only have one question- at the start you choose your league (i went for the prem and signed for Sunderland), if i ever wanted to leave (which in this career i probably wont like but i will next time when i start somewhere else) will i only get offers from other teams in my league, or is there a chance that real madrid or barcelona or someone like that might come in for me?

I'm quite addicted to this mode for some reason.

Slightly annoyed cos i'm at week 10 and I've so far scored 5 goals and had 3 assists in training matches for Villa but can't seem to break into the first team. Is it easier if you join another team? My offers were Villa, Sunderland and west Ham.

Slightly annoying to play online though as everyone 'myself's's' so it's hard to get any points. Everyone just picks the ball up and tries to run 60 yards and score instead of knock it about a bit.

Hmm. I'm wondering why my Legend experience has been so different from everyone else's. I've often thought PES could be great with a mode like this and I'm enjoying it, but let's say I'm unlikely to play for the first team in this century the way things are going. I've scored a single goal and a single assist in training and I'm almost at the midseason break.

The problem is pretty obvious - my created player is pathetically designed. The majority of my stats are in the low 60s and below - my highest stat is a 79. I can't shoot straight and my crosses fall hilariously short. If I run into another player, I immediately collapse to the ground as if shot.

It seems pretty obvious to me that the 3 to 5 points I'm gaining per training match is probably not going to bring my 63 shooting accuracy to a respectable number until I'm near retirement. And while I'm still enjoying it now, the training matches will probably grow tiresome in my elderly age.

Am I the only one whose created statistics are so low? I've tried recreating the player several times and end up with similar numbers. I'm playing at Professional level, if that helps. And if everyone else is getting similar numbers, how can you be so successful?

I made the Villa team after about 6 or 7 training games, you can tell when your just about to make the bench as you get promoted to the 1st team for the training matches.

i think u guys are trying to rush into the first team of top clubs too quickly, i signed for stoke in my first season, made the bench within 10 games. during the transfer window i moved to newcastle and now i have to start over in the reserves i should of stayed put in highensight, altho the reserve team is move of a challenge to the first team so im finding i get the ball more. also move ur strengthening points around, ive taken my 2 points from stamina (cos 79 stamina is pretty reasonable for a kid and i get tired about 75 80mins in a full match) and put them into speed and dribbling as im a second striker, i dropped one from balance after a few weeks and put it into kicking, i think i left power as it is for now. during matches these points increase quicker, particularly my speed so i can run into space a little quicker, even tho its only gone up 1 actual point. once u get into first team games ur points improve alot quicker, its all about patience, same as the master league, i never get the collection of players i want in the first 2 seasons it takes time. im addicted to hell to become a legend, and its a shame fable 2 is out next week cos it might take me away from becoming the legend i wanna be. dont ya just hate this time of year with so many great games coming out in short succession?
