When the players go out of contract they get put in the "Un-Belonging" section. Have a look, you'll be suprised on what players are in there. When Raul went out of contract, i found him in the "Un-belonging" section :shocking:

My Team Popularity is S
and the numbers next to the players name from 0-100? if it was above 75, which most of them were, i just overed a low salary and luckily they accepted:D :D

Whats the un-belonging section? I know if a club team symbol doesn't appear next to their stats they are unsigned and you don't need to pay a tranfer fee but is their a section where they list them all??

Also, when people refer to the newcomers section, where is that??

Go "Negotiations" then "Search" then "Search by Group" then press LT or LB or on PS3 its L2 or L1 and then you will see the "New-comers" section "Un-belonging" section, and "Others" :)
