When did PES6 announce Ligue 1 license, perhaps PES 2010 will unveil bundesliga

I remember back to PES6, that they kept the Ligue 1 license under wraps for a while (i think) and I'm hopeful Konami are keeping the Bundesliga license under wraps for now.
Three reasons for this
1.PSM3 announced Bundesliga would be in, although this wasn't confirmed by konami, by why would they print that info if it was untrue. Maybe they have inside info.
2.PES Next Gen Editing (A fairly trusted source for me) reported that from a playtest someone had said a few German teams were in.
3.In terms of licensing Konami said there were a few more big surprises to come in an officials statement. We haven't really had any big surprises regarding licenses yet.
4.WENB gave an official team list, but this isn't the final list of teams and I suspect Konami are still trying to obtain licenses as they said all Europa League teams would be licensed.

What do you guys reckon.

I hope for at the least we get some CL and EL Bundesliga teams. But even if we don't that fine becasue the majority of the players are there in the international sides. Plus now that "Other Leagues B" is useable in the Master league it will be very easy to implement the Bundesliga into the game.

I dont understand why they cant just put in a made up budesliga, and fake teams, i thought that was their original plan, they do it wit the premiership so why not do it with germany... so many good teams over there, shame really

If you look at the team list of those supposedly featuring in the game... there is about 5 or 6 with fake names... could these be unlicensed German teams? Having said this, none of them had names I recognise from any of the older Pro evos, when they had the full bundesliga, just not with licensed teams.
I seem to remember Gamespot announcing that Ronaldinho wouldnt feature in PES2008... so I would be careful about believing such a mention from PSM3

Just looked over the fake team names, and they look like those for far flung eastern european teams...

Im afraid I think that Bayern is not in pes2010 as i saw on wiki showing the confirmed teams.
