The thing is not the time it takes to Transfer and create the Players. They have to send the DLC to Microsoft and Sony, they check it there to make it official and online, this is what takes around 2 weeks.

And we have a winner! Yeah, the updates need to be ridiculously proof-read and tested before they even think about sending it to Sony/Microsoft.

If Sony/Microsoft discover a bug, I wouldn't be suprised if you end up wasting a week.
