I downloaded the game from PSN so have no packaging / manual.
I looked up on the Konami page, but there is nothing for PES2014.
Does anyone have a link to the manual?

If you press triangle (I think :erm:) on the game icon you should get a list of options. Sometimes they'll have a link to an online manual.

Yeah. So instead of pressing x, press triangle. :)

I think there is an icon in the PS3 XMB for online manuals too, it's either in the network or PSN store section.. can't remember. You could also try in there.
