Hi everyone

Last time I played BAL was back in 2009 I think. When you created your player you could pick what league you wanted to play in and then you chose from a handful of interested teams. I started at Nantes, moved to PSG, then Valencia, then Arsenal, it was a great little venture.

This time, no choices, straight into Eredivisie with Roda JC.

What about you, where did you start? Do you prefer the old way or the new one?

in pes 2012 i almost aways got put in crappy teams from the netherlands, and i hated it, i liked pes 2011 bal more where you got offer from one team in every league, but the AI was always stupid and getting Really on my nerves, so i stopped playing Bal

So I guess everyone gets dumped into a weaker league to start with then, mostly Eredivisie. I think I preferred the old way where you could pick your starting country

If I wanted to start in a league in Portugal; is there any way that I could do that? or would I have to keep making a new BAL save and wait until I got one?

It's random, you'd just have to keep making a new save. However, you can just look for a Portuguese club to transfer to. Depending on the playing time and position you're willing to accept you should be able to move there no problem.

This is the first year that I have given BAL any sort of attention, started with Eintracht Frankfurt and now in my second season. Starting regularly but usually get subbed around 60 minute mark - no matter how well I'm playing.

I hope you patched the game to 1.02,big gameplay improvements.

Otherwise how well do you play ? Do you pass allot,shot allot ? If no,start doing that,because i'm playing all the time even if i don't score the goals on some matches,i pass really allot and shoot allot,so i think that helps ALLOT :D

Yeah I'm fully patched up!

I'm playing as an AMF, coming deep, calling for the ball alot (average around 30 touches per game) spreading the play and generally playing quite well (i think). Average rating is around 6.8. Manager's 3rd choice and top scorer in the side.

In the CL Group stages at the moment with a fair chance of progression, once we get knocked out, I may look for a transfer.
