He was thrown out after his move to HSV with a DLC, you have to create him, or download a OF with Bundesliga Teams.

He will probably be available next week when the new update comes. From the news i've heard the national team squads will be updated (most likely the licensed and perhaps unlicensed squad who will participate in the world cup)

like it says shabadooo Elia is EGOOIJ (unlockable player) and u can have wining the europa league in master mode
