Sorry for this, but I used to respect a lot Japanese people, Im from Mexico and living in a contry with a lack of Honor it was really cool knowing a culture that lives around this moral value... BUT now that Im getting a lot of problems with the servers of pes 2011 I just can think where Seabass team honor is??? Or you accept you make a mistake and the product is not what you offered or give a solution. Silence is not an option for someone that lives in a culture around honor and respect.

Seriously mate whatever your stereotypes of the Japanese Konami are a huge company and to them the bottom line is profit margins, if their products dont work properly theres always next year and some more mugs to buy their next 'update' (EG us)

Im with you, but Konami most care about product quality, if not, EA will finish them. I was a real loyal customer of PES but now, as many of us, I'm changing to FIFA, and that is because the poor quality of Konamy products, not for the real good advantages of EA offers to us in futbol games.

EA are no better, all game developers are the same except indie developers.

Fact is PES and FIFA will always sell enough to be a viable product despite how good/bad they are cause people (me included) are mugs.

I am very pleased the game isnt selling good in UK and fifa is outselling them, i wish all other countries in europe do the same, cause thats the only way i see to make PES come back, 90% of the people who bought pes 2011 will just play it for a month, and they are stupid enough to buy the next version to play it for some weeks, they dont know that pes was used to be played for a whole year, fucking noobs ruining the game and giving a false impression that seabass is doing the right thing...

I actually have to agree with him. Last night I was thinking about this myself.

I'm feeling like customer service is a low priority to "big name" konami. Sure EA doesn't have the best customer service either, but EA isn't the only company out there.

I've dealt with a couple game programming companies who personally interact with their community through video updates, and posting on message boards.

Just because Konami and EA don't care what we think doesn't mean everyone else is the same.

I think Sports Interactive (Football Manager) are a good example for Konami to follow. At least they are HONEST and ACTUALLY PUT SOME EFFORT into their product. sad days
