wheres emblem gone?

I've downloaded the option file for pes5 i know where to put it and it works fine....except for when i play with international teams. As soon as i kick off a match the team emblems disappear!!! Whats going on?

Cant say ive had this problem mate.

Maybe try re-installing game and patch????
