I totalyy agree and seing as the best young players come out of Argentina and Brazil, it only makes sense to include these leagues in the game...

as a big fan of english football, it would be a great addition to have the championship and league 1 and 2 included. surely they could get a license similar to the one they have with the premiership. i.e no official kits or team names but all real player names and appearances. would add so much depth to the master league if you could start in league 2 for instance. Whether the gameplay would work with teams with considerably lower stats or not remains to be seen though...

Eredivisie
English League
Ligue 1
La Liga
Serie A
Bundesliga (why the hell would they take it out!)
Portuguese Liga
Russian League
Scottish League

Plus the other licensed teams from the other leagues.
I would also like more licensed teams from other leagues like:
LA Galaxy (USA)
Club America (Mex)
Cruz Azul (Mex)
Saprissa (Costa Rica)
Olimpia (Paraguay)
Nacional (Uruguay)

Easy.. look at the top ten leagues in the world made by Fifa (i mean the corporation, not the game):

1. Inglaterra 1.171 p.
2. España 1.074 p.
3. Italia 1.027 p.
4. Brasil 954 p.
5. Argentina 852 p.
6. Alemania 839 p.
7. Francia 761,5 p.
8. México 734
9. Colombia 666
10. Portugal 643

Nah.. I'm from Colombia.. but that list was official..

Ok! I think they [Konami] have much of a team to get the licenses, tweak the gameplay and create the teams altogether.

So here are some good leagues to have:

English League+ Coca-Cola Championship (every damn game has it licensed)
Ligue 1
Spanish League
Eredivisie
Serie A
Turkcell Super League
Russian League
Portuguese Liga

In PES2011:

Brazilian League
Swedish League

In PES2013:

Ligue 2
Argentinian League
Spanish League 2
Eerste Divisie
Serie B
MLS
