Its really about the type of person you are. If all you care about is teams that have rights (wait. pro evo 4 will have it to tho) Players with likeness to those in the real world(ohh wait? pro evo 4 will have that too) or with loads of teams that youll actually never play with. ahh? Why does anyone like Fifa now

lolll fifa is arcade game so a 4 yr old can pick it up and master the game within days...whereas pro evo is more tactial game plus miles better i used to play fifa alot but on the psone i bought winning eleven no turning back!

And the Konomi team ACTUALLY tried to improve their game on every new versions!
( although sometimes they worry too much about people might not notice them.)

Ps. I always think WE/PES got better graphics, I just hate the blocky, same height FIFA players, simply unrealistic whatever licences they've got.

even if there's an improvement, it's not enough. the gameplay is too simple and there are no special skills or moves whatsoever, apart from a stepover and the backheel 180 degree turn.
