Its nice to see Jack has made a start to the championship teams, QPR and Sheff Utd look great in game. hopefully most will be ready for your updated version. if not sure we can add them ourselves. More face scans would be great as the ones you have done look fab. noticed a couple of hairstyles need changing (thats if you are going into that much detail. James Collins and Mathew Upson need shaved heads looks loads better.

I've read that you can use others save game files (leagues and cups) to unlock the hidden teams and players quicker, without blocking trophies. If anyone are in their last game in league (winning) or cup final they could upload their file to save Whisper some time.

Hey mate, I'm about to start to remove the duplicate kits/faces that somehow stayed in the face/uniform data.

Do you think it would be easier just installing my Edit file? Therefore removing all of them uniform/face data? Then I can manualy import the Kits/Faces again.

If so, how would I delete them from the uniform data? Might be a silly question. But as you know, I don't know how they stayed there before.

Maybe just remove ALL PES data from my PS3 altogether, then as I say just uploading the Edit file. So all the Kit templates and players are there, its just a case of adding the png's again?




I want to do all of this before adding more faces and improvements to my file, because those duplicates would always be there whenever I uploaded updates, and it would be annoying.

Your option file looks great by the way,
i would install it myself but i started work on mine on release day and by the time yours came out i was 3/4 of the way through mine (gutted)... I was only askin for the Tudgay face scan because ive already done a few and if i use yours it will overwrite mine :-(... I cant find a good pic for tudgay.... So it would be great if you cud upload your photo 4 me dude.... pleeeaaase :-D

Right guys. I've just deleted all of the duplicate kits, and faces png's. And imported all of Jack's kit's back. Now I can get alot of the faces made.

Yep, would affect everything. The edit data file would be replaced by Whispers so none of roshs' transfers/players would be there, they'd all be whispers. Then all the kits and face scans would have to be replaced as roshs and whispers wouldn't be in the same place. So basically choose either one and stick with it or lots of copy-paste-overwriting to do.

I've not tried Roshs' OF but Whispers is very good and with with the newer version being frantically (i hope lol) worked on it will keep on getting better.

Have you seen the 'face scan request' thread? Wondered if you were going to make some of those player faces. Being a Villa fan I would love proper faces added to the option file, Friedel, Davies, Cuellar, Sidwell and MILNER. If not i can add them after your next release its not a problem just that they would be in the same slots as yours and everyone elses.

To Whisper020- thanks so much for your hard work with this OF. I have a bit of a problem however; I used another very similar OF but it does not contain the stats of all the players. I would find it very troubling and time-consuming to go back and delete that OF to download yours, so is there any way you have any sort of text or spread sheet or anything you could send me that you copied all the stats on? And then I would just manually do it myself for all the Championship teams. I would GREATLY appreciate this. Thank you.

@WalkOn96: I have all the stats saved on a database, so I'd have to re-search every single player, then print screen for every spreadsheet. This would take ages. So I doubt I'd be able to help you there, sorry.

@007renny: Thanks, yeah, there is an update on the way. All on loan players will be added, more faces will be imported, all duplicate kits/faces that were in the v1 release have been removed. Line up's will be tweaked to recent ones. fake National team players will be renamed.



Thanks for all the replies! Since the Konami update, each team have the "A1 PLAYER" to make the squad to 25 players. But that really is'nt a problem, since these can be edited as on loan players anyway.


Sorry for the lack of updates recently, been quite busy.


If anybody has any idea of what can be added/edited. Let me know.

The list of player transfers/alterations since the update has been updated itself heres the link mate

Ideas for update:
- rename the unlicensed national team players (most important)
- update transfers from the link above
- add loan players to championship teams
- add licensed international players to championship teams/remove there duplicates from game.
- all duplicates removed from game or renamed 'FAKE'
- few more face scans

I think everyone would be more than happy with the OF if that list was complete for the update. We could add the kit pngs for the teams we want as and when JackWhoBRA and Umbro Boy release them.
