Sorry, don't know which team I got him from. In fact, I think he was a newcomer. I noticed that all his stats were in the yellow 80s when he was only 17, so I signed him up. His growth curve is a little slow, but when he reaches 25, unstoppable! Everything is 90! Including defence! His body balance and agility are 97 and 96, and his dribble speed and accuracy are 93 and 95, so he's damn hard to push off the ball, and can go past the best defenders. He's an awesome signing. Along with Kaiser, he's probably the best midfielder in the game.

good calls by everyone here. im in my 2nd season of the master league just got into league B with my liverpool team. what i was wondering was that some of these players - such as shaw and willians - i cant find, even when searching for their names. Im using the 360 version with the no custom options files, is that the reason why?

this might sound a little crazy but try it just in a few exhibition games.
D.Fletcher is possibly the best DMID/CMID. I play him at dmid, he always wins the ball, even on original stats he always covers brilliantly and just pops up in the right place to intercept a pass. I can't remember his stats, i don't think his body balance is amazing but somehow he can force most players of the ball. his positioning is excellent.
mcgeady was amazing in PES6 but not so good in 2008.

Metzelder (great link between the two...hardly ever concede)

Craig Gordon (becomes one of the best keepers)
Thuram (recreated...becomes great after a few seasons)

Everyone knows about Torres though. He's a wonderkid - everyone in Spain were hailing him as the next big thing. The Spanish Wayne Rooney if you like.
But I believe that this thread is a discussion regarding players who have not been discovered yet or have not signed for a big club yet. So I don't think Torres counts as a player that you have unearthed.

I think the best one ive unearthed is Nihat. Speed, accelearation, shot power, accuracy and technique all developed to above 95 in around 60 matches. Great AMF, WF, or SS... and is i think costs around 600 in the first year.

if he's not been mentioned already, reo coker is awesome, he can steal the ball off of any player easy and his long range shots nearly always end up in the back of the net

Hello there, this is my first post.
I have just recently started a master league team choosing PES UNITED and as I opted for the Very hard mode, my main concern at first was choosing cheap players.
As I have always done on previous versions, I always hire M'Bami and Park Ji Sung. They have decent stamina, react well to plays and when their spirits are upwards-red they can be quite decisive.
I have also noticed that some German League players have gone to the Free Agents group, and that makes Diego a good cheap choice for the first seasons.
As Stamina counts for a lot in such a long season, and not too many players have it high enough, I usually go for utility players: N'Zogbia, Abe, Ghioane, Pinga (fantastic) and De Jong (the young, mainly sidebacker one - my most expensive player).
I'm only on my 2nd year so far and my team popularity has risen to S and that has a lot to do with the efforts of Dotan, my star player so far. I'm very thankful that Bammers05 brought his name up in the very beginning of this thread! It helped me immensely!
Higher income has allowed me to hire Odonkor, Agi Pakarani, Tmouratki and Modric. But I guess you guys know them better than I do
I tried signing up Farfán and Cristian Zapata but I guess they think my team wasn't good enough for them. I wonder how good they turn out later on?
