i have been playing PES 2008 since friday 26th none stop. And i have to say that Tevez and D Alves are absolutly brilliant on this game. Who else do you think are much improved from PES 6

In general, all the "big" players like Crespo are much more manouverable and can actually dribble (somewhat) now. Credit goes to the much more responsive controls. Another player benefited by this is Riquelme.

Individually speaking, Puyol might just be the best defender in the game, a nightmare to play against. I think Cambiasso is much better in this one also.

I'm two days away from getting the full version, then I'll see who else is better :D

Robinho is quality. Am partial to Torres aswell even though his initial stats don't match up to what they should be, he can still skin most defenders easily

H to the Leb! (Hleb)

Lightening feet, a killer pass and shot (well, his shot's not bad) - he could dribble past anyone on his day. A great player.

Rosicky is ten times better too - the old joke of 'you'll never score with Rosicky' is now bolllerks as he was the first person I scored with on PES08!!

Van Persie also has a lethal shot and is much better than last time around.

(guess which team i support)

i was disgusted hlebs dribling isnt high enough to make him do that sharp turn,i think its 89 and to do that dribble acc has to bo 90,he is awesome at dribbling.

my favourite player this time round has to be...........well..........

funily enough u lot aint gona believe this but my best player so far has been Helder Postiga! started an ML with porto on top player and he got me all of 20 goals in 1 season. Then probably miguel veloso and aaron lennon

Lennon is my favourite player. Hasnt come up against a defender who can stoip him and keep getting headed goals off his crosses.
