Who will be the most improved players this year?

David Hoilett at Blackburn Rovers deserves at least 80. This guy has made a lot of progress.

Sturridge and David Luiz will more than likely improve. And yeah, Arteta going to Arsenal will probably improve his stats for no other reason than it being a bigger club.

Wilshere has to be improved however, i believe its been said.

My personal hope is De Gea, he was far too mediocre in the beginning of my ML campaign.

I just looked at some of the stats for Dortmund players and some of those guys went down in their overall? Honestly is Konami in blind denial as to the resurgence of the Bundesliga?

He's vastly improved over the last year or two. He's not great, but definitely getting better and better and could easily be one of the best in a few years time.
