Hands up those who have gone back to PES 2013?
I ejected my PES 2014 disc and put PES 2013 back in, so much better!!

i think anyone with half a brain can see pes2013 is a far better game, offline and online, its a shame but it is what it is, last years game gives you more control on and off the ball and the playability has lasted for over a years worth of playing pes2013, in pes2014 i cant even be arsed finishing a single game.
so obviously i have gone back to pes2013 and everytime i try pes2014 i go back and its plain to see conami have dropped a clanger making pes2014.

I've a fully functioning brain and 14 kicks the arse off 13 in terms of gameplay. I'm on xbox, so I have no input lag, no slowdown or any of the that crap PS3 players are largely talking about. The game is fully responsive, except for the odd time when a player is running onto a rebounded ball in the box and there is a delay in shooting, but even that's rare. Online is also largely lag free and good fun, although it has a kick off and advanced through ball bug. I traded 13 in for 14 and I couldn't be more satisfied with my decision. In saying that, Konami still needs to fix alot of other things in it and the data pack problem is unacceptable - a user had to find a fix for it.

Even if pes2013 had good gameplay(many of you just trashed it when it came out) it is still inferior to 2014, the latter is more realistic in physics and player movements, plus no rocket passes and shots.
Play it on PC, although it has some problems, but the editting community is so massive and in few weeks great patches will be released overhauling all game limited aspects like kits faces and stadia.

Hi, with all respect to those who liked 2014, to me the game is unplayable. Slowness in shooting and passing, frame rates issues, commentary very bad, worse dribbling among all PES versions, Keepers better to play without them, ...etc.
for the moment off course i went back to PES 2013, however, i am hoping just hoping that stupids in Konami can fix this game with new DLC which i believe should not be less in size with original game.
Konami is reaching its Ends.
sorry but this is my honest opinion, and i wish if people can just go and visit the official PES or Adam_Bhatti twitters to know how much the community have hated this release.

I have a fully functioning brain and I enjoy 14 over 13. I'm a PC player though and I think we have seen that the console version are inferior compared. This is not me stating that it is the PC master race and all that crap - however it widely accepted that the console versions are not that good.

Trust me when I say, after installing the patch, it plays nothing like pes 2013... nothing.
Almost. I was upset with the sluggish of the game play. I don't find it to be difficult, even in Superstar mode.
But I think I just get a little hang of it. Right now, playing Millwall (the last place in team ranking), 5 wins, 1 draw and 2 losses in the league (13 goal and 9 conceded). Won 1 game and lost 1 in the FA Cup, but the 1 win came from a big win against Man Utd for 3-0.
It don't mind it to be faster though.

dont believe anything that comes out of this chaps mouth.... however usually i have heard that myzer parks his c0ck in there now and then, which would explain why they both like pes2014 like a pair of gaylords....

I traded my copy of PES 13 in when I bought 14.
Slightly regretting it now tbh but I suppose my lack of options mean that I'm forced to familiarise myself with the new game bugs and all.
But this is definitely the first time I've ever even considered going back to the previous iteration in the series, which imo says it all really.
