Why are hard fouls being allowed in game-play?

There are many situations where a player commits a hard foul and not even a whistle, talk-less of a red card given by the referee. Why is this?

I mean there even some situations it get me angry when I see that my opponents commits a red card sliding tackle-from-behind offense and not even a whistle is heard, the game continues without any foul. So surprising to me. Please Konami, this should not be so as you are letting opponents to take this as an advantage over the possessing player.

Secondly, the way the referee lets an advantage to play after s foul is kind of cynical to me. Even if it's my own player that gets the ball after an advantage is played by the referee, he still gets to blow the foul.

Please look into these issues Konami and continue to keep your game to the standards of a football match. Thanks for your understanding.

i dont think its the fouls. it seems to be ai cheating more then anything. all i need to do is basically sneeze and opposition players are down and i am carded.
it seems to be that the opposition can make as many harsh challenges and not be carded and yet if i make one similar i have a player off
it is starting to ruin the game that i get penalised for light challenges or even sometimes non existing challenges and yet the other way round the oppostion dont get any cards and i dont seem to get any free kicks. last free kick i had was about 5 games ago.

LOL, u r absolutely right, the AI is killing the game for good. I don't know if the new update released by Konami has fixed this problem. I hope so though.

I am in my third ML season and have yet to take a penalty. Been mugged in the box time and time again with no call. I have actually stopped expecting the ref to make the call.

I have only had 1 penalty offline and 1 online. Must of played 400 matches so far.

For me the real problem is online.... Players are now using it as a tactic because they know they wont get punished. Its a very effective way to stop a quick player but if no cards are being dished out then it can be done all day long. I can honestly say i have been clean through 10-20 times and brought down with the maximum being a yellow. NEVER sent off.
Surely testers would of seen this before they released the game?

It cant be that hard to fix. I would 100% rather have the 2009 refs in the 2010 game.
Please fix Konami.

(dont know why im begging. No chance they read this area and an even smaller chance they would listen if they did)

You never know but let's hope they listen to their fans...........

I have played with the new update and I think there was no difference. Still the same crappy AIs for referees. Even there are a little botnecks for player controls. I dont know why the testers for konami left this loop to be released with the game?????
