Why do this ?

Who at Konami is responsible for the final scores in the league games ? I refer to the ordinary league, NOT Master League (which I don't like ). When you check the final scores, they are not representative of real life matches. Too many high scoring results, like 3-2, 4-3, 5-2, 5-3 e.t.c.
These sort of scores don't occur very often in real life, yet in game, they happen TOO OFTEN, and every week.There are very few 1-0 and 1-1 scores in the game.Yet these statistically happen far more frequently in reality. Why hasn't anyone at Konami , or players of the game noticed this ? It devalues P.E.S., and makes it appear too arcadey. (And I thought they were aiming to produce a simulation) !
Even when playing the game solo ( versus the A.I. ) the matches too often become goal fests. I want realism, not FIFA type scores.

I don't really get that many high scoring games to be honest. I wouldn't join you and complain about this problem.

I would have thought that it's pretty obvious those scores are generated randomly. Sure, the teams' players' abilities play a part in determining the final score but when you consider the random nature of the player conditions, top teams aside, most of the other teams' scores are essentially generated randomly.

For goodness sake, it's only a game!!! When I play the game, I want to to score as Many goals as I possibly can! I beat Man Utd 10-1 recently, is that real? Nope!

Why are so many people so critical of what I consider to be a fun game? Games are meant to be fun! It's not real!

Try send an e-mail to Samato he is the one responsible for the scores.
May be its an error. [email protected]. BTW could you ask him to implement WC qualifiers. I think Shinsuke could help him with that.

Other scores are random but when i play and if i score 3 goals i feel thats a big amount as normally its 1-0 1-1 0-0 usually.

Yes I get this as well and it makes the league table look rediculous at the end of the season with the top 10 teams scoring 90+ goals and conceeding 60+, and bottom 10 teams the reverse.

It can't be hard to program this to make the results a little more realistic.
