Especially the bit where you criticise fifa's 360, whilst playing that horrible fake 360 shite on pes2010, and then say you dont want a game that plays at breakneck speed.......yet you play pes2010 (that bit was the most funny of all!), you dont like ping pong football, so you play the game which doesnt give you the semi manual- manual option pass option, you want satisfcation in scoring a goal, so you play game where the keepers lets the ball go through them into the net.

PES 2010 IS NOTHING LIKE REAL FOOTBALL, ITS NOT EVEN BETTER THAN THE PS2 VERSIONS OF THE GAME.

PES is old and stale, play fucking pes3, then play pes 2010, hardly any fucking major difference in gameplay bar the graphics, which is a joke.
And without AI cheating, pes aint even a challenge on top player, fucking bore-fest with the cpu just passing it about then running around into stupid areas.
Off the pitch, yes there is some good stuff there, on the pitch, no one with a fucking brain can tell me players move, pass and strike like that in real life, half the fucking time players feet dont even touch the ball when they shoot!

Well seen as though i've owned copies of both games over the last few years (like most people) i think i can safely say i do know what i'm talking about. In fact, it would seem you're the person who doesn't.

Given EA have already stated they won't be patching any aspect of the gameplay, and they have as of yet, not released anything to fix any of the 70+ manager mode bugs listed on the Fifa forum, i find it very odd that you can call people, when you claim EA have fixed most of the bugs.
Yes bugs are only bugs, but when they ruin the game and EA don't fix them, they become game ruiners. Simple.
Right getting back to my original points...
The issue with Fifa being played at a breakneck speed is as follows...
The pitch is the size of a fucking bowling green. The player movement and more importantly, the ball movement is far too fast...even on slow. The speed on PES might still be on the fast side, but the larger pitch size makes it less of an issue. And actually playing PES10 without sprint abusing, is actually quite brilliant. The pace feels perfect. You can't play Fifa without sprinting at some point because the rugby-like AI is ridiculous.
You can use the manual pass button on PES if you choose. Whilst different to Fifa, it is still there. The issue with using manual on Fifa is the fact that i can't be arsed learning to use it properly. I don't pretend to be some console king who can devote hours and hours to playing a computer game. I play for enjoyment,and i have a life outside my ps3, so for the odd hour i get to play per day, i'd rather enjoy myself than learn how to point my analogue stick at a 100% accurate direction. Bor-fucking-ring.
The keeper glitch you've experienced hasn't happened to me so i can't really comment, but what i can say about scoring satisfaction is this... In fifa there is little...scrap that, zero game atmosphere. The nets are metalic and finsihing is very repetitive. Finesse shot, chip, finesse shot, chip. Same GK dive all the time. Like i said earlier....MEH. it's alright, but scoring should be the best part of a football game. In PES, whilst the keepers can be dumb, the way they respond in 1v1 situations is very good and the net physics are brilliant...if over the top. Who the fuck cares, it adds to the satisfaction of scoring.
If you took your internet warriors outfit off and cared to read my post, you'd get the jist that i think a true sim would be boring. So in that respect i couldn't care less that Fifa has better animations, and the players actually touch the ball when they shoot. Whoop-de-fucking woo. If the game in general bores me, and the main offline mode is about as useable as a chocolate fireguard, what does it matter?
I', scratching my head wondering why you feel the need to berate people for liking PES10 more than FIfa10. The only things i can come up with are a) - you're 14 or b) - You're secretly just as pissed about Fifa and your slagging of PES10 is just a misguided way of making you feel better about the ineptness of EA and Fifa10.
