I know I'm new here, but has anyone actually ever won one of these? Specifically the league challenges. I'm trying the English League right now and I have tried it at least 5 times with the same result. Destroy every team ~4 to 1. Then get annihilated in the finals (especially in the last 15 mins) by ~4-1. This is beyond frustrating. I know the difficulty goes up, but I completely destroy the other squads before the final then it seems the game goes... "Oh damn, if he wins he wont have to pay money for good players!" then goes into perfection mode.
Every through ball is perfect.
Every header is won.
If I try to play off ball to stop the perfect through ball, they just run past my cpu D and into a one on one.
Their goalie cannot be beat unless its perfect.
They hit upper 90 from beyond 30. But this is only when they're down or its real late in a tie game for the win.

Seriously I need help or some sort of explanation. Like I wouldn't put it past them to lie and say you can win when you can't. I mean the fix is already in with the Agents and Balls.

I won it like 10+ times. Used to use a weak team ~70 rating, 50 team spirit to play until the final then switch to my main team, ~80 rating, 90 team spirit. Never lose one so now I always use weak team to play this competition even for the final, yet still never lose.
I don't think that mode was too hard, most of the game I scored 1-2 goals after robbing the ball off their last defender.

Perhaps it's just frustrating to me. It feels scripted to me. As I said, even in the finals, I dominate until the game realizes like its about to get beat then my players just stand there and stop reacting to anything. Defense lets players run past them, the through balls are perfect, passes literally roll past my defensemen by less than a foot. It just seems the game changes the difficulty based on whether they want you to win or not.

Also I know there has been game scripting involved in sports video games for a long time.

Also I know this is off topic but maybe one of you can help. I have never had a free kick. My players are called for fouls all the time. Also, it appears that the opposition will just run up and push one of my players to the ground and I still wont get the call.

Yeah I've won the comps a lot of times as well but always get the silver balls when i use the top agent. Stupid sham..

Oh sweet, just lost on a pk in the last minute of the first OT period when my player took the ball away the Oscar just fell over (then tripped my player). Once again... I have only had about 5 free kicks period since I got this game. Any advice on that? I would like to play a fair game. Not a game designed for me to pay money so I can compete.
