What are the worst excuse you've heard online after beating someone?

Somebody I played against complained about the ball I had chosen (I think it was a blue one), that it clashed with his kit and he couldn't see it.

1) Did I magically guess that he would chose a team that plays in blue?

2) What utter bollocks! :rolleyes:

I played too defensively. Yep against Barcelona I utilized my defense too well to restrict my opponent from winning. :no:

Lol, to be fair gents, the visibility issue can be a big disadvantage. I have an old box tv, and I only play night games, because otherwise the shadows cast by players makes it very difficult to accurately track the ball & which player has it, especially in a very congested area. So even though I will always take it on the chin if I lose, and will never offer an excuse just because I believe in good sportsmanship, I can relate to visibility playing a significant role in a loss. I would never offer an explanation, post-game as it'll almost always sound like an excuse. I will give credit to the victor or leave quietly. Alpha Male ftw! lol

Maybe, but it's not like I go out to chose a ball that my opponent can't see. I just pick a random ball.... bit of variety and all that :happy:

I remember beating this guy 5-0 and he said that I was too "tactical" and that He'd rather I just ran with messi and shoot from 50 meters like a n00b.

He also said that I passed the ball too much and that my defence was unfairly balanced against his weak strikeforce (he was using Lecce) and I'm all for people avoiding using teams like barca and madrid and man utd but tbh, if you're gonna pick a bad team, prepare to lose! Lol

I dont know u, but in the online there are a lot of guys that only know 1 or 2 kind of plays for score goals

so if i play to u and injury messi in the start of the match, u dont have more tactic to win a game? the others pick a bad team becoz they like football not just only know play with one team and that team is barca?

Its more fun to win with a weaker team, and even if I lose by a goal it feel awesome, if I played to my satisfaction, although I am talking about FIFA, havent learnt how to jockey here yet, causing me to concede lame goals. There are too many buggy ways to score, have yet to master them unlike in FIFA.
One of my favorite is playing a freekick to bounce off the wall. I use to think scoring freekicks from any position was getting cliche but this one beats it lol

i think u only can play with barca, because they have all supermen with their stamina and speed... but believe me...if u choose a normal team ( without any superman) like man utd, liverpool, or even arsenal...u will see ur level...i hate people just know how to play with barca or real...trust me...i played 9 matches and all my opponents were real and barca...and their play style is lob balls from kick-off, then messi, ronaldo, villa...etc... run down the wing and pass low crosses...lol...what kind of soccerl is that???...i dont know u. but if i have a chance, i want to learn what u got...my name in ML or quick match is ociunan...

I played this guy who had a high rating and accused me of cheating when i beat him (Man Utd) 5-0 (Chelsea) .I asked at the end when i was accused
"how have i cheated" "was the game lagging or button delay" he said
"no the game wasn't lagging "
but i beat him because
"i have a ball control program"
