do you think that I will be able to use my PES3 files with WE7 when it comes out on PS2 in the USA in Fb cause if it won't I will not buy it because I really do not want to have to redo all the files again

Can you just wait a week after release. Someone should have files to download. Then all you have to do is tweak the edits. Just a thought. :)

Do you mean the option file?
Option files only work for the game they were made for and can't be transferred.
