Sorry if this is already asked but is it possible to have a program on your pc so you can see your goals (x-port file)?

No.
Oh and Zyg (or somebody else) I need serious help. I've got my X-port set up, transferred all my goals onto my hard-drive, named them, and decided I'd download a PES4 option file, so I did, I open it up in the X-port menu, then I tick the 'PES4 Option File' box, then click restore, but all that happens is the box (that comes up and shows the data transferring from the Pc to PS2, or other way round) just quickly flashes up, and nothing else happens.
I've made sure the USBs are in probably, and both the discs are in, but it still doesn't want to transfer the option file to the memory card.

It's really annoying!

EDIT: When I click on 'memory card' it comes up with 'USB Error connecting to PS2'.

EDIT EDIT: Also, I've tried just transferring goals to my memory card, but yet again it just flashes up with the box that should show that the data is transferring across to my memory card. I've checked for corrupted files, and there aren't any, so I don't know what it could be.

I guess it's a problem with Windows drivers and stuff. There may be some corrupt files. It's possible that repairing Windows could solve this. Installing the X-port on a newly installed (or clena) Windows should work fine.

Peanuts? - not sure what the problem is. What kind of files are on your mem card? I think that if you backup all your files and format your mem card, it will work fine. You don't need the PC disk when transferring files, just the one in the PS2 - it's easy to put the wrong one into the PS2 too.

That's what I'm getting too (C:\windows\system32\autoexec.nt. The system file is not suitable for running ms-dos and microsoft windows applications.) ....

I'm not sure how to repair Windows. To re-install I'd guess you'd need the CD... (need to find that!) but wouldn't particularly trust myself. What would I need to back up and what would it get rid of etc?

Help

Hi I am new to x-port and patching. I would really like to have the many different boots, chants, balls and etc. But don't really know how to go about doing so. Sorry if I sound really dumb, but I can really use the help.

You cannot patch with a X-Port at all.

All you can do is download files which have been posted such as these option files here.
