I doubt that pes 2012 is 1920-1080 (1080p) ,i wouldn't be surprised if it less than 1280-720(720).Both consoles can upscale to 1080p.I'm sure the graphics are more or less the same as nearly every multi platform game is.I no that ps3 has true 1080p games but most multi platform games are actually higher res on the 360.
If your playing online mostly then pick what your friends play.
There more players on ps3 online than the xbox live but 360 is so superior in every aspect online.Nearly everyone's got a mic.
Ps3 is much easier to patch than the 360.
But i've heard a lot of problems this year with the 360 version like framerate drops and a running bug.This could be fixed with the patch but right now i'd say get the ps3 version.

not that much diff on graphics dept. but since PS3 is the lead platform and the OF is much variant, go for PS3. I am also more comfortable with PS3's DS3 for PESs.
