Okay guys how exactly do I do this?

I took a pic. of a certain jersey I had and well it came out CRAPPY! how good is the quality if you have to take a photo of Pele or Maradona from a magazine? Not so great!

I was told I could edit or create faces, uniforms, badges or all that stuff just plug the camera and take pictures from my pc monitor and load them on pes internal editor, erase some areas and that's it?

HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? PES internal editor? How do I get pictures of players/jerseys from my PC monitor to my XBOX?

what are the things I need to pull this off?

You need xbox live cam. Connect it to your xbox and point it to the PC monitor with pic you need on screen. Point and shoot. Save pic on your xbox and load it in editor (be it logo or face) With logo, you can clean it up a bit in the editor. But over all qualituy of xbox cam is really crap.
