This might be a stupid question, but you are sure that you're not already in Division 1, and can't go any higher, right?

Yeah, it is stupid. Either way, I've never had this problem. Whenever I do a ML I always play in the first league.

Very weird problem though, sorry I wasn't much help.

id go with baddar, check you havent been promoted as you may have skipped pass the confirmation of promotion!
