hi
just thought this might come in handy if anyone's struggling with pro evo running a bit turd, worth a go anyway if you've run out of options.
stick vsync on and then go into your graphics card settings and force 'trilinear filtering' on. personally i have frame skipping off so not sure what impact that will have.
not to bore anyone but basically trilinear filtering switched on improves the performance of VSYNC (well it does on NVIDA cards but i imagine it's the same for ATI)
obviously konami can't code for the PC and the amount of video settings are toss so you have to do this crap yourself
another thing thinking about it, not sure if i'm allowed to say this but if you can get a no-cd exe fix this usually speeds it up aswell, had a massive performance boost on PES6 and as useless lazy seabass bumming konami add 3 lines of code to every new version i can't see why it won't help on 2008
