PES 2008 Body Check

I've been playing online for a while and have noticed a move I can't seem to replicate, when running with the ball I will get body checked off the ball, or sometimes just before the ball reaches me I'm body checked.

How is this done? I'm getting so frustrated losing the ball like this all the time!!!

You can use R2 (or Right Trigger) to out muscle your opponent. Hold it down and you can manually move your player... this is useful especially when the ball is in the air and you are trying to win a header.
