Is ps3 going to get private chat like the xbox?

Playing the xbox last night with my mate and i really enjoyed private chat, it's good to help out with your mates

Does anyone know whether the ps3 will get this please?

Doubt it, PS3 sucks in comparison to the Xbox.

It is a laugh though. Especially as you can talk with friends not on your team, and in free for all.

Basically, you can just tell eachother where the enemy is between yourselves.

It's really helpful

No.

Unless you are both alive or both dead then you can speak on ps3.

On xbox, you can go on private chat and when someone dies who you are in the private chat with, then you can tell were you died from etc...

Everyone in the game sounded scouse to me, I couldnt work out who was speaking as well because of the mic feedback.

Did hear music at one point but didn't hear you say anything.

Yeah you can do that on cod4, but if your dead, then you can't speak to your friends, but you can on the xbox.

Not really, because everyone can do it if they have a headset.

It's just good to help out with your friends.
