this doesnt happen all the time but when i put a sub on, the player i replaced is still on the pitch. i know i definetly subbed him cause the player i put on's name was blacked out on 'substitution' on pause menu.

also when i look at individual game records at the end of match, the player i replaced has no name but his number is 196 and he is always a goalkeeper.

this is really starting to annoy me. is there any way i can avoid this problem in future or stop it altogether?

can you control him? does it mean you have 12 players on the team? very weird, ghost player!
