Better scoreboards!

This would be a simple fix which would just add authenticity and polish to the game, as seeing two large floating symbols in the corner is fairly unrealistic, I think most people would appreciate it if konami would implement a TV coverage like scoreboard with the option to have emblems or abreviations of the team names represented.
Even if they couldn't get a licensed scoreboard they could always create a realistic tv-like one.
I realise many gamers may not care about the scoreboard, but it's such a simple change. I think PES needs to be a bit more polished sometimes, the gameplay for me is there,yet when it comes to presentation I think it needs to take a leaf out of FIFA's book.

I agree, its not that difficult to implement either. There are plenty of patches on the PC version that do just that thing. I'll add one thing, it would be nice to change the colours of the abbreviations to match the kit used.

Well, I am will up for something like this to come. They used to have different styles of graphics for the different leagues which were in the game so bundesliga was different from Serie A or La Liga or Ligue 1 or whatever... it would be good to see the official tv graphics for the league if they are licensed. Most leagues have an international tv graphics... Either that or PES could come up with there own PESTv! with there own style of graphics for the scoreboard...

If the scoreboards are going to be improved then a "PESTv!" is probably how they do it. I think a good idea would be to give you the choice of using a mini club badge, the three letter team name or the full team name (or an 8 character long version of it for size purposes).

Yeh the scoreboards are poor! It's obviously easy to fix they were easily able to implement the UEFA Champions League scoreboard!
