I know that PESFan.com has this and the winner gets prizes like £50 or $50 play.com voucher and the public votes for what goals e.g:

Dans 40yard volley------------60 votes
Rickys 30yard screamer-------40 votes
Bobbys 30yard curling free kick-----25 votes
ect
ect

Then however many people enter, the 1 with the most votes on the day th GOTM closes at a certain time wins a prize.

Good idea i think.
