Hello,

My son has been desperate to play on line since christmas. The password he is sure he registered just doesn't work against the registration code and I cannot find any way of resetting.

I have looked on the threads currently up and running but have found them very frustrating with no concrete resolution aside from "take it back to the shops" Surely there must be some way of resetting password or getting the game to work?

Can anyone please help with simple, direct advice and massive apologies if I'm missing a well trodden thread.

okay. I'm reasonably computer literate but I'm obviously missing something really simple. Where and how do I do this? When I type in the registration code on the new registration option it tells me it is already registered. It is, but with our unknown post code.

Please help, he's gone to bed in a hoff and I've promised it will be fixed by tomorrow morning ... why I said that, god only knows.
