helpp with loading problem

i just got a pes 6 sent to me from europe for my ps2 and when it loads theers a pink screen and says please insert playstaion 2 disc format..
it doesnt read the game at all
i thought it was maybe casue of my old ps2 but i tried it in a new one and didnt work either can anyone help me out?? please?

from Europe to? US?
if so, check compatibility NTSC

PES6 is PAL, it won't work outside Europe (or Australia - I think).

What type of PS2 do you have?
You may be able to run the game using a swap magic disk.

Yeah but he'd still need a modding method in order to get Swap Magic to work properly.
