I don't want to go through and do every single kit, but I want them as updated as possible. What's the newest patch for PES3 (I used the Flash FXP thing to get it onto CD if that matters) that contains nearly all or all of the kits? Thanks.
Great post, that's exactly what I wanted to know. One question relating to what you said though: If I delete my option file only (keeping replays, formations etc.) and edit using WEditor, then boot the game and create an option file on my first boot, will the game contain all the stuff I'd put...
I know it has something to do with the option file, but it's really confusing me. Using WEditor 1.2 Beta, I want to edit all the team and stadium names to the real thing, but I don't know how to do it and I only have 2 CDs left so I'm not wasting a burn.

If you're talking bypassing the boot sequence, so you don't have to swap discs or anything, the only solution is installing a modchip. This is costly and difficult, so you're probably better off just sticking to Swap Magic.
I've read the guide on Evo-Web, but it appears to be different for PES3 and I'm getting mixed up with the ads.
In AFS Explorer I go into 120st - 120_kb__tc. From there there are the following files:

What do you mean by set everything? I used WE Picture Decoder 1.70 to import the ball (and all kits, but they all worked in a previous burn) then imported them into the AFS with AFS Explorer. I modified the SLES file to remove collars for kits that shouldn't need them using WE7_set_default_color...
I also used a ball model from the PC version of the game so I could have the Roteiro in my game, would that have caused the problem? I just realised that it could have a compatibility issue.
