WE7_set_default_color causes game to freeze while loading

I've changed some of the collar designs, removed all badges and changed Arsenal's away radar colour, then imported back to the image before burning. I can boot the game fine, and when selecting kits the collar changes have worked fine. When I try to begin a game (or training) it freezes at the loading screen.

Has this happened to anyone before, and how can I fix it? I'm using PES3 if it makes any difference.

I also used a ball model from the PC version of the game so I could have the Roteiro in my game, would that have caused the problem? I just realised that it could have a compatibility issue.
Any info in appreciated.

What do you mean by set everything? I used WE Picture Decoder 1.70 to import the ball (and all kits, but they all worked in a previous burn) then imported them into the AFS with AFS Explorer. I modified the SLES file to remove collars for kits that shouldn't need them using WE7_set_default_color them imported that into the image with CD Mage 1.02.1 BETA 5. I then burned with Nero.

Everything worked in previous burns, but this was the first time I've edited the ball and the SLES file, so one of those must be the problem. I thought we were meant to download the model from the PC version to get the 4-panel ball, because I don't see any other way I can get the Roteiro ball into my PS2 version of the game.

Which one do you think would be causing the problem?

I dont know much about the balls, but I do know if you edit an EDITED SLES with Waterloo tools (WE7_set _default collor) it wont work, but if you use an original SLES that cant be the problem.
So it has to be the ball, but I am not sure.
