You can put a club in your desired clubs list. Then it will start following you. If you do really well, there's a high chance you will get called by that club during a transfer window.

Currently Pro. I was playing on Regular until a week ago, and yes, it felt easy. But Top Player is still very hard. Maybe it's got something to do with my team's AI. Can't keep a ball for more than 3 passes, while the opposition AI keeps it for 8 or more. Also, that horrible, horrible catch up...
