Yeah the scout does most of the negotiations nowadays. Just choose the players you want and the scout will come back to you with an offer. Get a better scout if you want to do alot of negotiations. Also it seems harder to sell players in you're first negotiations period, just wait for the winter...

I think you have the "all out attack" option on, this makes you're keeper come up for corners etc.
