Everything gets unzipped to a folder in "My Documents" -> Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2009/ and then whichever folder is necessary. For Facepacks it would be in Graphics/Pictures/Players. Logos go in the same Pictures folder under Logos, as do Kits under a folder called Kits in Pictures...
