youll probably find there will be 2 seperate kinds of option files. on one side those that are made for patched games, with all the transfers done and nothing else and on the other side those for use with the origonal game which will have all the kits done in the ingame editor. to be honest...

the only kits changed are the ones that arnt proper. so arsenal and chelsea which have the proper kit in the game wont be changed, whereas teams like villa and the rest of the premiership have crappy kits in the game, they are just plain colour, so the patch gives you the proper kit for them.

the link has the FULL patch and scorpios option file v0.5 you have to rebuild the iso because the patch doesnt do it fully itself, if a bit wierd, ive never seen it before, but after youve patched it you need to open up the patched iso and copy in a file which the patch puts in a separate...

sorry cant really help. i dont think its that easy to just 'make' this patch a ppf file. all i can say is that i patched my origonal copy using "jayz123" instructions and i t turned out fine. you can find these instruction here http://forum.pesinsight.com/showthread.php?t=28943 in page one...

the kits are in the patch, the option file contains transfers that have hapened since the game was finished.

sounds like youve used the DjPelle patch and applied it incorrectly. if im wrong then i dont know why this would be the case, sorry.

just to say ive just done the patch and the kits look good, it works on HDD with mode 3 enabled and for best results follow "jayz123" instructions on the first page, theyve been patsed in by Zyg. they seemed the clearest to me. Unfortunately the option file needs a bit of tinkering, england...

having a bit of a nightmare getting this, ill set up a torrent when i do get it, shoud make it a bit easier, ill put scorpios v0.5 in there too.

hehehe i got a ps2 pad hooked up to my pc, just like playing pro ev 5 on the ps2!!, although sadly i dont think the ps2 graphics will be as good as the pc games, but still.
