Mate, if XPORT360 is reading your MU, I'm clueless as to why you cant see any partitions? You say you definitely have an edit file saved on your MU. When you open XPORT360 did you select "open" and then "open HDD/Memory Unit" or something along those line?

No mate, all the kits I edited are still there, just the edited formations have changed as far as I know.

That is probably the reason. I edited kits myself, I was temted to click the "NO" option but decided against it as I thought it would conflict with the new data. I'd download the patch again and click "YES" when prompted.
