It's fairly simple. Whenever you start a Master League you can manually choose the leagues composition. Then go to division 2, select the 2 italian team and switch them with the 2 from the league you want. Done.

maybe it's the old scoreboard (bugged on celebrations). Download the new selector 3.9.1 and choose your scoreboard. Now everything will work
