I play AMF and is the team top scorer and the leagues most Assists and Even if I get 8.0 I get subbed out. And is the playmaker of the team so I acctually dont understand what to do that much better... Maybe its that im only 18 years?

I have a similar problem in Season 2. In Schalke I get to start matches and is number 1 choose for my posetion but ALWAYS around 60-70minutes of the match I get subbed out, even how good or bad i play and even if the player is tired or not.
