As usual, like almost 50% of the "New Faces" is just an old faces put back in player that used to have preset but lost it in PES2019.

I think you can as long as you connect to the PSN. I've tried to import/export teams when PES server is down, and it works just fine. But when I try to do it without signing in to PSN, it didn't work.

You must've mess up somewhere. I got all of the teams in game with kits already, I even use stadium and manager images for 80% teams in the game and still got slots for around 40 kits left.
