Did you rip it yourself? If you did, you should have patched it whilst it was an .iso.

It's not really that difficult. If you put Cahill's in the face 0013.bin, then he's going to be number 13 face when editing his face.

Boots can only be changed if you have a patched game, or the ability to change it yourself on PES4 This cannot be done with an Option File, however it may be possible on WE9 but they do not look as good editing with the option file.

It applys for all the versions on the game. PC, Xbox and PS2.

You need to do this on your PC. Get a clean .iso from your WE9 game, and open the .iso with PES/WE Graphic Studio, and select 0_text.afs. Wait for it to load, then click a few of the first ten or so files and you'll see the ball templates.

It's alot easier to edit for the Xbox, because you can make minor changes and send to updated file to your Xbox. With the PS2, you'll just end up wasting PS2's. So I'll probably get it for both however just apply a good patch to the PS2 version, and edit the Xbox version myself. Which is...

1 - Yes you can. To save .bmps just open the 0_text.afs with PES/WE Graphic Studio and when you see the .bmp you want, drag the picture into the main window, and right-click, and save it. 2 - I cannot remember exactly, but they are the first ten files or so. Named 'ball***', something like that.
