    PS3 PES 2009 OF Editor..???

    you can just import the picture of emblems, kit markings, faces, etc.... then use the in game edit to create the emblems and kits ;). I'll will do the OF for North America, at least the kits. I'm aware that there is no OF Editor for the consoles. I wouldn't bet on conami to put out an editor :D
