those two pretty much the same, pes3 is easier to handle but we7 offers a smothier and more real gameplay, although with some noticable AI bugs. depends on ur personal taste,if u like european style soccer, go for pes3 if u like south american soccer, go for we7

just found an interesting detail that, we7 features more play-pronouciation then pes3 in we7 u can find out many holland player has some sort of pseudo name, which sound very much like their real names, while pes3 only call their numbers and u can find any closer name to many of the player...

i guess it's a balance tweak to help the defenders, otherwise dribbling would be too easy. i've been noticing these two bugs in we7 for a long time. pes3 doesn't seem to really address that. hopefully fifa 2k4 would have those bugs. pc demo looks pretty promising.

i have been play we7 for almost three months and just got a hand on pes3 couple of days ago. in terms of gameplay and realitism stuff, i think we7 is better. but the AI in we7 was just sloppy, cpu seemed to run the ball 45 degree to sideline almost everytime, i guess konami fixed that...
