Yeah, I noticed that having midfielders at least on the half way line makes a difference to where the game is played. Also you can get away with having full backs pushed up quite high for them making over lapping runs

I hope that when I get the newer files out you will be comfortable on -1 speed. It's ok playing against teams who are quick as you notice it less, but if you play as them the game feels far too fast.

Just been playing it again and decided to go with -1 speed to work on. Teams needs slowed slightly from my 1.02b file. Especially arsenal

Yeah, game speed for most teams is reduced, hopefully should seem better with the new file. I working on getting the game to how I feel it should be on 0. Though I realise a lot of others prefer it slower
