fatigue was a big problem when i started out on pes5 ML. after 2 seasons i've noticed its barely an issue anymore and i rarely need to rotate my squad. i wonder if the formation your team plays might have some effect as well? since i've been playing 2 at the back and wing backs on the half way...

already mentioned above but i definitely recommend kaiser. at 17 his stats don't look great but he plays a lot better than he should!! i'm sure he'll be smashing it in a year or two, but he's already in my first team at right wingback.
